15. General Information Only
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, immigration advice, employment advice, tax advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional guidance based on your specific facts. Immigration programs, eligibility criteria, document requirements, processing instructions, government fees, and timelines can change without notice, and website content may not always reflect the most recent government updates at the exact time you view it. You should not rely on website content alone to make immigration, employment, business, or personal status decisions.
16. No Consultant–Client Relationship From Website Use
Using this website, submitting a form, sending an email, messaging TCI Partners Inc., or booking a consultation does not automatically create a consultant–client relationship, representative–client relationship, retainer relationship, or professional engagement. A formal professional relationship begins only when TCI Partners Inc. and/or the appropriate authorized professional accepts your matter and the required engagement documents, authorizations, payment arrangements, and service terms are completed.
17. No Guarantee of Outcome
TCI Partners Inc. does not guarantee visa approval, work permit approval, study permit approval, permanent residence approval, nomination, endorsement, LMIA approval, reconsideration, appeal outcome, processing speed, or any government decision. Final decisions are made by government officers, immigration authorities, provincial authorities, courts, tribunals, employers, educational institutions, licensing bodies, or other third parties, as applicable. Any timelines discussed or published are estimates only and may change due to government backlogs, policy changes, incomplete documents, background checks, security checks, medical checks, program caps, or other factors outside our control.
18. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that any information, documents, forms, declarations, statements, or instructions you provide are truthful, accurate, complete, and current. You must disclose all relevant facts, including previous refusals, inadmissibility concerns, immigration history, criminal history, medical issues, employment history, status issues, unauthorized work, misrepresentation concerns, dependents, family composition, financial circumstances, and any other information relevant to your matter. Failure to provide accurate or complete information may negatively affect your application, employment matter, immigration status, eligibility assessment, or service outcome.
19. Employer Services and Workforce Continuity
TCI Partners Inc. may assist employers with immigration-aligned workforce planning, foreign worker retention, work permit strategy, permanent residence planning, LMIA-based and LMIA-exempt pathways, compliance-sensitive documentation, and related business immigration support. Employers remain responsible for ensuring that their employment practices, job offers, wages, workplace conditions, payroll practices, and compliance obligations meet applicable legal requirements, and should obtain independent employment, corporate, tax, payroll, or workplace legal advice where required.
20. Employee Retention and Temporary Foreign Workers
Where an employer has a valuable temporary foreign worker, TCI Partners Inc. may assist with reviewing options such as work permit extensions, employer-specific work permits, LMIA-based pathways, LMIA-exempt options, bridging strategies, and permanent residence planning where applicable. The availability of any pathway depends on the employee’s current status, work history, education, language ability, employer eligibility, job duties, wage, location, program criteria, timing, and current government rules. No pathway should be assumed available until a proper eligibility review has been completed.

TCI Partners Inc. does not engage in paid recruitment, job selling, LMIA selling, kickbacks, fake documentation, misrepresentation, or any unlawful or non-compliant practice. All services are carried out in accordance with Canadian immigration law, including the IRPA, IRPR, and applicable CICC rules, practice guidelines, and professional standards. We work only with genuine employers, genuine applicants, truthful documentation, and lawful immigration strategies.
22. Consultations
Consultations are intended to provide preliminary guidance based on the information available at the time of the consultation. A consultation does not guarantee that TCI Partners Inc. will accept your file, submit an application, provide representation, or continue services unless a formal engagement is completed. If you omit material facts during a consultation, the guidance provided may be incomplete or may change after further review.
23. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Any professional fees, service fees, consultation fees, government fees, third-party fees, translation fees, courier fees, biometrics fees, medical exam fees, education assessment fees, language testing fees, or other costs will be communicated where applicable. Government fees and third-party fees are generally separate from professional service fees and may be non-refundable once paid.
